Monday :D

WOW! Two days in a row....I am impressed :D hahahahahaha!
Today was such a wonderful day!! I got surprised with some extra money that came our way :D (not taxes but i can't wait for those) and so Eric and I decided to spoil ourselves and finally get something we've been wanting...... WE ARE NOW PROUD OWNERS OF A WASHER AND DRYER!!!! woot woot!!! So today i went to work and then went to my parents to do 2 loads of wash, (as much as i love spending the time at my parents and with my parents it will be nice to be able to just throw a load in when i need too) I got home a little after Eric, When i walked in the door there on the kitchen table was a vase with roses in them :D i am so spoiled!! I love my husband so much! words can't even express how happy and lucky that i am to have him in my life! He is the most incredible guy!
So we found a washer and dryer, we got a great deal! but then i realized that....WE HAVE STAIRS TO OUR APARTMENT! We were able to get them in :D (I am so strong :D) after that we decided to go out and eat, i had found a gift card from our wedding more Mimi's cafe (thanks cami!!) we had such a great meal! i got a garden salad (the iceberg lettuce was a little bitter) a sirloin steak :D and APPLE CRISP! it was so yummy! Eric got french onion soup, liver, and a crab cake. It was so yummy!

I am crazy about my life! and how wonderful it is!!! I have such wonderful support behind me, a loving husband, a great family, and super amazing friends. I love looking at Blogger and seeing how many people read my blog! It is such a great way for me to share what is going on and how happy i am with my life :D

I have the most amazing friends, but one in particular i would like to blog about today!
When i first started dating Eric, he was living with Chris and Marie Read. So while we were dating i pretty much lived there too! Eric and i spent every minute we could together, and that was usually where we were. After Sara got married and Eric moved out we didn't see them a lot but lately we have gotten back into touch! Eric and Chris work together, just in different spots, Marie and i usually text during the day and end up planning on getting together and just letting Eric and Chris know. We plan dinner and games, Marie isn't huge into cooking so i usually throw something in the crock-pot and take it over when its done or close to being done. I am grateful to have more than Eric's input on my new recipes. This last week, Eric and I had dinner on Monday with them, (I made a citrus chicken, Marie make rice & veggies, and we had sugar baby's cupcakes, and doughnuts from my work) It was so much fun! Thursday, Marie was feeding the missionaries and invited us over, we had general cho chicken, YUM! we brought pie!! then we played a video game that eric and i have really gotten into. It was fun playing with 4 people! but a lot different. 
On saturday it was Marie's sister-in-law's baby shower and i was invited. I was late because my cute nephew was blessed. But i got there at a good time because Marie doesn't do crowds! I was like a comic relief. 
Marie and i always have a great time together with laughs and humor! She has introduced me to so many fun games. When i was dating Eric i never would have thought that we would be such great friends, but i am so grateful for her! i know that with anything going on i can talk to her and she will listen! and vise-versa! she is a great example for me! a wonderful wife & mother!

Anniversary/Valentines day!

Okay, so I have come to the conclusion...Eric and I are one of those super sappy couples! And...I am okay with that! I love celebrating each month that we've been together. I am sure after the year mark it will be different. But i love this so much!! Eric and I will wake up 15 minutes before we have to get up so that we can cuddle. It is the best way to start off my morning! Well I have to get out of bed at 5:45! well I woke up at 5:30 and rolled over and was enjoying my wonderful start to my morning. It was great!!! but i felt like it was lasting forever (not a bad thing!) but i looked at my phone and i hadn't set my second alarm!! hahahahaha! so it was 6:00 and i was running late. I hurried and did my hair then i made the salsa chicken. (One of Eric's favorite crock-pot meals) And out the door I went.  When i came home from work i did all the dishes (That is Eric and I's least favorite thing to do!) and then I started getting ready. I laid out rose petals, got dinner all ready and....waited, and waited, and WAITED! after about 45 minutes Eric texted me to tell me he didn't know when he would be home. With valentines being the next day he was working late. When he finally made it home i was in tears and felt like everything had been ruined. We still enjoyed our candle light dinner! It didn't necessarily go as i planned. But it was still a great night!!!

Valentines day....I have always loved this holiday! but this year it was on my bad list! i missed my husband! Well...At work we handed out chocolate covered strawberries and that got me in the mood!! I was so happy! Eric called me and told me where we were going to dinner, Dan and Shelly paid for our Valentines day so we could have a great first Valentines day! They are simply amazing and i can't wait to see them again! we are sooo grateful for you guys and everything you have done to help us out! You are simply amazing and I am so glad that we have you in our life!! We went to Tuscano's for dinner! The gift certificate had to all be used at once, so we brought 2 friends with us and just enjoyed each others company! It was so YUMMY! and I am still not hungry!! haha! We came back to the apartment and Eric said our other plans was to go a movie, after looking up what movies were playing, and how tired my poor Eric was, we decided to stay at home and enjoy being with each other! i was passed out about 15 minutes later. 

I am grateful that this season is over! I can have my husband back! We hope that you all had a great day with your loved ones! 

Excitement!

Oh goodness what a week this is!! so much to look forward too!
Tomorrow marks 4 months since Eric and I were sealed for time and all eternity! I can't believe it has already been 4 months! I am so madly in love with Eric, I wish I could say I have been since day one...but we all know THAT story! But this man continues to prove to me his love and devotion to our marriage and happiness! I am truly blessed to have him as mine. Okay now I will get past the oooy goooy stuff!
Work hasn't been so bad lately! My feet have started to do a lot better and I believe they have adjusted quite nicely! Eric is working A LOT since its the season for flowers. I have always been a fan of valentines day, however, I want my husband back! So I can't wait for the season to be over!
I am so excited for tomorrow because I have planned a huge surprise for Eric! i am so excited!!! i will give details later as i don't want to give it away too soon! but i am so excited!
Thursday, as i am sure you all know, is valentines day! Eric has been working with Shelly and Morgan and has something planned for the day, that is his big surprise/project. Again i will post about that later since i don't know any details. but funny because when i get in the shower Eric will make a phone call to someone! then delete it so i don't know. Later i can say "So Morgan were you talking to Eric last night" and she will simply giggle and say YES! i love that Eric is able to turn to my sister for help! it means so much to me!

Eric takes such good care of me! Monday he had to be into work at 6:00, which meant he actually got out of the house before me (this use to be normal now its not) but my sweet husband took the time to clean off my car for me! i tell you i am a lucky gal!

So i guess it is time to share our big news
a little bit back Eric got his acceptance letter to BYU-I, we didn't know which semester they would start him which played a big roll in what he would do for education. Well we heard back from them and he would start fall semester if he decided to go. Eric came to me last week and said he thought he knew what he wanted to do for school. It is kinda hard for me to wrap my mind around it. But here it comes...

WE ARE MOVING IN AUGUST TO IDAHO FALLS AREA!

Its a hard thing for me because i have never been away from my parents/family. My nephews are so young and when we leave they aren't going to know who i am. I am scared and nervous. But i have prayed and i know that this decision is the best decision for my future family! Eric is going to get his degree in animal science. 

I am truly grateful for technology we have now so i can skype or facetime or google+ with my family. And we will only be 4 hours away so if i get home sick i can always make a journey down here to see everyone. 

I am so happy with they way things are lining up for my life right now. Or i guess i should say OUR life! I am looking forward to what our future holds! 

Great Friends!

We had such a great week. It always amazes me at what wonderful people we have in our life! Our sweet friends Chris and Marie fed us on Thursday! We had pizza and i made a chocolate cake :D Then on Friday Chris and Eric went out to the movies while Marie and I had a girls night! it was so wonderful!! Saturday i did my first attempt at lasagna that was made in the oven (i had made it in the crock-pot before) It was SO yummy!!! Eric liked it and we had fun just being together. After being at Chris and Marie's till late Saturday morning, Saturday was a hard day to stay awake. Kayla and her new husband Mckay came over for the lasagna then we met Vanessa and went ice skating! It was so much fun! Sunday i went up to Ogden with my Mom, my grandma had been put in the hospital, and then we went over to my parents for the super bowl game! I got to play with my 2 nephews. Although Lincoln isn't really playful he is still a cutie, Tyce on the other hand is a handful! but adorable just the same!!! i enjoyed every moment of the laughing and playfulness, especially when he grabbed my moms hair and wouldn't let go! He has his first tooth and is just getting so big!!

My new job is going well, my feet are really killing me, but they are starting to adjust.

Eric is getting lots of overtime with his work, with valentines day being just around the corner! I miss having a husband but i sure am grateful for all his hard work! i love him so much!! 

We are getting ready to celebrate Valentines day and our 4 months together next week. I can't believe its already been 4 months since we've been married! it feels like so much longer!!!

Getting to know us...

Eric and I met back in Feb, 2012. The first time I met Eric I turned to Sara (my roommate) and told her I didn't want anything to do with him! My second impression was just as bad, when Eric scared me while I was trying to catch a Frisbee  But it was a new ward so when he called to ask me on a date, I honestly had no idea who he was and I was date crazy! I was busy for the first two nights we tried to go out, Eric was going to give up but we agreed to go out a week later, little did we know it wouldn't be a week.

Sunday was stake conference but I had other obligations, so Eric took notes for me and later that day I went over and he made waffles and we talked about stake conference. Eric had plans for a movie night (that happened every Sunday with his group of friends...little did we know that would be the last one he went too) anyway...We were sitting next to each other and after my persuasion Eric held my hand! I knew from that moment that his guy was something special but I still loved dating, so I didn't want to get to serious. Well Eric left for a couple of days to go to a wedding in California, he would text and call me but for me it just didn't do the trick. There was a night when he even called me and talked to me until I fell asleep. I realized I was starting to fall in love with this man!  I didn't want to be apart from him, and I knew then that as much I loved dating, I didn't want to loose Eric! The Sunday Eric got home I went over and we have not had a day apart since, May 6th we started our relationship and everything was been amazing ever since.

We originally planned on getting married in March, it was kinda a joke but as things progressed it turned into something serious. March was to far away so October it was, Eric sold his motorcycle and bought my ring during the first part of July and July 21st he proposed! 

We were married October 13th and life has been amazing since! Eric is from Oregon so we went there on our Honeymoon and had a small reception there. The middle of January we moved out of our little place into something a little bit bigger.

It is so fun to continue to learn and grow together. I am starting to get the hang of cooking! I love every moment of being with Eric! He is my best friend and eternal companion! We are going on 4 months of being married and I wouldn't trade anything for the time we've had together.
