Eric and i have officially started working together! We have driven up together 3 days now. I really enjoy our time together! Not driving is so nice, plus our lunches together. When things happen, (not that much has happened) He is right there for me to talk to. I do a lot of things that just keep me busy, one of my favorite tasks is doing paper work to get the title, i make phone calls and make sure that people are satisfied with their service. Eric is adjusting well, they really like having him work there!
We both got to speak in church on sunday, we spoke about love and service. Eric did such a great job. I have never felt any prouder then when i sat there listening to him talk and knowing that was the man i married and he is amazing! We took a drive up to Idaho Sunday to celebrate my Grandpa's 88th birthday. It was pretty nice! i loved being with him, although we were both tired, so on the way there i drove and he napped and on the way home i got to take a nap. We celebrated Marie's birthday after, and had lots of fun! I love how we continue to grow together!
So lately i have come to the realization that as much i want to have kids i am not ready, and it might be different when its not my kids. But my patients with kids has been wearing thin. It is hard! and part of me thinks its because i'm working and just want to focus on that. But i know that kids are important. It also might be different when they are my own kids and i have been the one to raise and disciplined them. Plus if i can still discipline them.
But on that note Eric and i were called as Primary teachers!! We are going to be teaching the 8-11 year olds. Our ward has a high turn over rate due to apartment complexes, we also don't have a large primary, so we get the older classes. I am excited to have a class that can respond to what im asking with actual answers and not stories about what happened last night. It will be fun to practice team teaching!
Well honestly i think that is it for us! i hope you all are having a fantastic month! May has started and hopefully it will be a GREAT month!! the warm weather is starting to come and summer is happening! so enjoy the wonderful sun! I know i will be working on my tan :)
